Terms & Conditions: Jenku Equine Mastery

A sale or any business transaction is only legitimate and binding, if and when all Jenku Equine Mastery Policies, Terms and Conditions have been met in full. We strive to ensure information accuracy at all times & to avoid any potential inconvenience to you. However, pricing and availability may be subject to change, in unforeseen circumstances - In such a case, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible. BUSINESS HOURS: Mon-Fri: 9:00-17:00 (*Excluding Public Holidays)

QUOTATIONS + ORDER PROCESSING: For immediate quotation to be received via email, you can process online & select the EFT option for later ordering/ payment. Don't worry, orders will only be processed once payment and/or approved artwork for customised orders etc. has been received. Manual quotations can be provided and may attract a 10% admin fee over and above our online pricing (self-service option). Manual quotations may take up to 48 business hours.

*Pricing is all inclusive - Full payment or a 50% deposit is required on customised orders (*Deposit is non-refundable on custom-manufactured or custom-branded orders). We will require full settlement prior to dispatch. Orders will only be dispatched on settlement of your account - To prevent any potential delays, please ensure settlement of accounts well in advance of the scheduled dispatch date. Tracking details will be provided on dispatch. Any errors that may have been made on quotation will revert back to the website pricing, as displayed on our website(s), or will be at management's discretion - All policies, terms and condition apply.


DISPATCH REGIONS: Gauteng & Western Cape, RSA; UK - *Depending on products required. If you would like to collect, please check where products are currently available.

DISPATCH LEADTIME: Stock held items, normally +-1-5/10 working days (*Ave: 7 working days). Manufactured orders, normally +-1-15/20 working days (*Ave: 14 working days) - Lead times may be subject to change depending on stock or production capacity at the time of your order - *We do strive to process & dispatch all orders asap.

DELIVERIES: Delivery leadtimes are delivery days AFTER dispatch - Special or FREE delivery offered wherever possible. Rates may be subject to change, as per third-party service providers. On dispatch, delivery & tracking details will be provided

STOCK LEVELS: Although every effort is made to ensure accurate online stock levels, there are multiple distribution channels & stock levels may be subject to change. If there is a problem regarding stock, we will be in contact as soon as possible

CUSTOM DESIGNS: We require high res VECTOR logo/s (PDF) & all pantone colour codes. Failure to supply these, may lead to longer leadtimes. If you unable to provide high res logos, we can assist with design work at an additional fee. Where logos & pantone colour codes are available, FREE design artwork will be provided for your approval. Leadtimes are only applicable once required payment & signed artwork approval is received in writing
