Regional & International Orders: Delivery rates available on request for our full product range - Any fee (i.e. Taxes/ import duties/ custom duties/ courier handling fees on arrival etc.) in your legal jurisdiction are for your account only.

*All T+C’s Apply: Please note, if your parcel’s dimensions and/or weight are outside the specifications provided below for our free delivery service, then you may be required to pay in an additional top-up fee for the delivery. If you would like to obtain any form of special delivery outside our normal free delivery offering, then you will be required to pay for any additional fees hereto – See full details below prior to ordering.

 

I. Postal Services

  • Local Deliveries: ETA Normally 1-5 working days to main city centers - Give a few days extra for remote areas.
  • International Deliveries: ETA Normally 1-12 working days for air mail & 1-30 working days for sea freight - Give a few days extra for remote areas.

II. Courier Services

  • Local Deliveries: ETA Normally 1-3 working days to main city centers - Give a few days extra for remote areas.
  • International Deliveries: ETA Normally 1-7 working days for air mail & 1-25 working days for sea freight - Give a few days extra for remote areas.

III. Special Delivery Quotations:

When placing an order, if you are not satisfied with one of the delivery options provided at ‘check out’, select the option for a POR (Price on Request) or contact us for further assistance. Please note, all delivery quotations of this nature will be provided on a ‘per order’ (ad hoc) basis and may be subject to change at any time. This option may require a little more time for manual quotation. For prompt dispatch and delivery, we recommend you select the best available predetermined delivery calculation on order processing.

Q:  Can I collect my order?
A: Dispatch outlets may vary from country to country. Although we do not normally allow for collections, this may be possible on special request – Please contact us for further assistance.

 

Q: My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
A: Please allow at least 10 business days from date of dispatch notification or contact the relevant delivery service provider - As per the details supplied in your 'shipment/ delivery' notification email or as per the details on your online user account (*under orders/ shipments/ deliveries). Thereafter, If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Q:  How do deliveries work if I order from another country/ region?
A: Any order from outside our local jurisdiction will be best calculated, as per the options available on our website. However, any delivery criterion applicable for orders outside our local borders may be subject to change and we will be in contact is there are any required amendments to your purchase order or delivery service. Please note, any additional fees or services required outside the boundaries of our local control will be for the customer’s account only. Therefore, any additional fees, custom duties, taxes etc. are for your account.
